Saying goodbye to the struggle of 2018, challenges and opportunities fulling in 2019 have been starting. On the occasion of saying goodbye to the old and ushering in the new, the 2018 annual meeting of Zhihuo company was successfully held in Suzhou. The company's senior management and most of its employees gathered together to summarize the gains and losses of work in 2018, lay out new strategic ideas and actions in 2019, and open a new chapter in 2019 with high morale.

A spirited fight in the drizzle  


On the afternoon of January 5, Zhihuo's little buddies came to the foot of Taiping mountain. According to the result of the draw, the soldiers prepared to climb the summit in four ways. Although the weather is gloomy and drizzle is continuous, but the enthusiasm of the little buddies is high, and they almost go all out to the top of the mountain. As the saying goes: it's easy to go up and down, especially in such rainy days, the mountain road at the foot is more rugged. Along the way, we help each other and remind each other. The little buddies walking in front will tell the little ones behind us where to go better and where to go more smoothly. All the way there is no danger. The little buddies who arrive at the sightseeing Avenue safely have a big heart to play and perform "six relatives don't recognize the pace" on the sightseeing Avenue.
 
A new layout after a profound summary


At 10 a.m. on January 6, the 2018 annual meeting was officially launched. As in previous years, after the host ended and opened, CEO Dong took the stage to lead colleagues to review the gains and losses in 2018. During this year, the colleagues made some mistakes. Fortunately, they found and corrected them in time.


After Mr. Dong concluded his summary of the past 2018, Mr. Jiao said that systematic and digital company operation will be the key task in 2019.


The heads of the three departments of market, network and software respectively reported and arranged the past and next year's plans of the Department. The new department in preparation also proposed a new plan for 2019. In 2019, a big wave of new business for Zhihuo is on the way~

In order to encourage the advanced, set up the typical, inspire more employees to forge ahead, and create new enthusiasm, the company commended the employees who made the greatest progress in the year.
